We intermediate the sale of air tickets (including our proprietary fare routes from Cuba to Georgetown and Paramaribo with airlines such as Inter Caribbean, Aruba Airlines, and Sky High), accommodation, car rentals, excursions, visas, and comprehensive immigration advisory services for those arriving in Brazil and Latin America.
2. Reservations and air tickets
Prices are displayed in the currency indicated for each fare. A reservation is only confirmed after the payment has been credited and, in the case of tickets, when the airline officially issues the electronic ticket.
3. Changes, cancellations, and refunds
Change, cancellation, and refund policies are strictly subject to the fare rules imposed by each airline, hotel, transportation provider, or tour operator. 4. Visa services and immigration procedures
At DP Travels, we provide professional advisory, procedure guidance, and document management for services such as asylum and residency applications, CRNM, CPF, bank account, Carteira de Trabalho Digital, SUS card, translation and legalization of documents, as well as visas for Suriname, Brazil, and other destinations.
5. Online payments and security
Online payments managed through our website are processed via certified secure gateways such as Stripe and InfinitePay (supporting methods like Pix and credit card). DP Travels does not store confidential data from your credit or debit cards on its servers.
