Airline tickets

Each fare has its own change and refund rules set by the respective airline. Before making your payment, we show you the fare type, and if you have any questions, one of our agents will be happy to explain it via WhatsApp. When a fare allows a refund, we will refund the amount returned by the airline, minus the management fees previously informed to you.

Fares with cancellable return

On routes where "cancellable return" is indicated, the return leg may be cancelled in accordance with the specific route conditions. Your advisor will confirm the exact procedure and the deadline to request it.

Hotels, cars, and excursions

For these services, the supplier's cancellation policies apply strictly and are displayed transparently at the time of booking.

Procedures and advisory services

If you decide to cancel before we start working on your procedure, we will refund 100% of the service value. Once we have started the process, the refund will be proportional to the work remaining. It should be noted that official fees that have already been paid are non-refundable.

How to request

To initiate your request, write to us at our email contacto@dp-travels.com or contact us via WhatsApp indicating your booking code. Refunds are processed using the same payment method you used for your purchase.
